Billing Policy

Payment Policies
     Payment for our routing office treatment is expected at the time the service is rendered.  The physicians of the clinic are Medicare participating providers.  We only accept Medicaid patients when seen and referred by the primary care physician.  We do accept Medicaid as a secondary insurance but both insurance cards must be presented prior to patient being seen.  The physicians of the clinic are not participating providers for all private insurances and it is the patient’s responsibility to check with their insurance prior to being seen.  Please keep all receipts for insurance and tax purposes.

Insurance
     Insurance as a courtesy, Otolaryngology Associates will file charges to insurance carriers.  We ask that patients bring insurance cards to each visit.  Please remember the responsibility of the entire balance is the patients.
